A sermon, a ledger, and a legal notice.
Monumental serif typography carries myth and doctrine. The editorial serif preserves intimacy. The modern sans-serif handles navigation, evidence, labels, and institutional procedure.

Recognition before explanation.
The seal identifies Promise World without copying a real religious or political emblem. Ornament is used ceremonially, never as wallpaper.

Every door needs a verb.
Primary actions use controlled gold. Secondary actions remain transparent. Quiet actions support archives and utility flows. Destructive actions never borrow the language of purpose.

Different rooms, one institution.
Surface tones support stage spectacle, editorial reading, archival records, and the motel-era transition without fragmenting the brand.

The user should know what the institution is asking.
Form fields use explicit labels, durable instructions, visible errors, and strong focus states. Placeholder text never replaces a label.

10 · Responsive Contract
The grandeur must survive the small screen.
Components collapse to one column, preserve reading order, maintain 44-pixel interaction targets, support reduced motion, and retain visible focus. No essential meaning depends on animation.

The component library is now available to all subsequent builds. AP-W03 can focus on the global institutional shell and navigation behavior without redesigning the underlying language.
