No topic is selected merely because another topic was selected. Confirmation is required before the address becomes active.
Delivery configuration is not active.
The form is complete, but it cannot collect an address until the sender domain, Resend topics, signing secret, and consent record are configured.

What the list does not do
- Choosing one topic does not opt the reader into the others.
- Submitting an address does not activate it before confirmation.
- Preference changes do not require a new account or password.
- Unsubscribing from all email does not remove access to any public page.
- The list is not membership, certification, endorsement, or a loyalty record.
